Peter has spent his working life in the litigation
area. This has mainly been civil commercial litigation
in all Courts, including the Court of Appeal of New
Zealand.
His practice has also involved a large amount of tribunal
work in almost all of the tribunals which have proliferated
in the modern legal scene.
Peter has developed further specialities in employment
law, arbitration and alternative dispute resolutions.
